Aaron Roth joins The Chertoff Group as a managing director in its Strategic Advisory Services practice. Roth most recently served as the Transportation Security Administration’s (TSA) deputy executive assistant administrator for operations support where he led TSA’s intelligence and analysis, global strategies, security policy, industry engagement and requirements and capabilities analysis efforts. Prior to TSA, Roth served in the U.S. Coast Guard where he led numerous operational assignments conducting counter-terrorism and law enforcement missions and held several high-profile roles, including serving as the strategic advisor to the commandant.
At The Chertoff Group, Roth will be actively engaged in the firm’s physical security program focusing on strategic growth strategies, identifying business solutions and advising on policy implications across the defense and homeland security sectors. Roth will use his extensive experience in the military and government to advise clients on policy issues related to business risk, security operations and security equipment.
