Position: Salesforce.com Systems Administrator

Location: Washington, DC

Summary: We're looking for a smart, creative, and resourceful Salesforce.com (SFDC) Administrator to help manage and optimize our SFDC system.  The SFDC Admin will be our hands-on SFDC expert, and will help us to ensure our Sales, Marketing, and Support teams are using SFDC with maximum efficiency, and achieving high levels of productivity.

You will be part of a small Marketing team, refining and executing a B2B marketing model that heavily relies on SFDC to track and manage our Leads, Contacts, Accounts, and Opportunities.  Our Marketing and Sales model requires that we attract users to our site based on content and features that are valuable and compelling.  As a result of our Lead Acquisition and Nurturing techniques, we deliver highly-qualified leads to Sales.  Salesforce.com is a critical component of this "high velocity" business model!

In addition to working with colleagues on the Marketing team, you may also work closely with the Finance and Support teams to manage SFDC. 

You'll also help to analyze our business by building and maintaining reports (weekly, monthly, ad hoc) to help us understand the health of our Marketing and Sales efforts.

With your experience as an Apex developer, you'll help manage our outsourced team of SFDC developers.

Our team is located in Washington, DC, Menlo Park, CA, and New York, NY.  You should be comfortable with proactive communication to colleagues in other locations.

Qualifications & Experience:      

  • Prior experience as a SFDC Administrator - 3 years minimum
  • HubSpot experience (or similar marketing automation platform, integrated with SFDC)
  • Apex developer skills
  • Very strong Excel skills - pivot tables, array formulas, etc.
  • Tableau skills a plus
  • Ability to build and manage a SFDC project roadmap; ability to build consensus, make tradeoffs
  • Ability to analyze data (e.g., from Google Analytics, Salesforce.com, etc.) to understand behaviors and trends in order to define new projects
  • Experience using Task Management tools such as Siasto, Jira
  • Experience using collaboration tools such as Confluence

Responsibilities:

  • Acting as SFDC Admin - in support of Sales, Marketing, Finance and Support (as well as the Executive team, who are becoming strong users of SFDC)
  • Routine maintenance of SFDC - Campaign creation, Lead Assignment rules, Pricebook management, workflow rules, validation rules, field maintenance, etc.
  • Building and maintaining reports (regular-occurring and ad hoc) that are used to monitor the health and results of our business.
  • Evaluating new packages and features that might enhance our SFDC functionality
  • Implementing new features in SFDC
  • Managing our outsourced team of SFDC developers
  • Developing Apex triggers
  • Defining and documenting the scope of projects to be implemented
  • Building and maintaining a roadmap of SFDC projects and requests
  • Establishing a solid understanding of our business - including the levers that drive the business, competitive landscape
  • Collecting, analyzing, and reporting data to show the results of projects and marketing campaigns
  • Developing SFDC training materials for TCG staff and helping with ongoing SFDC education and training of TCG personnel

Position: Senior Associate, Strategic Advisory Services

Location: Washington, DC

Summary: The Senior Associate will have a combination of experiences in delivering high-end strategic advisory services and/or a demonstrated knowledge of, and proven skills in, security risk management, international security policy and the application of physical and cyber security technologies, and with the ability to operate at the nexus of global threat, security technology, security, policy, business and finance. The Senior Associate will support engagements across the Firm’s Strategic Advisory Services practice, helping clients build more resilient organizations and gain competitive advantage within the security risk management and security technology domains. Assigned projects will range from physical and cyber security risk management engagements to market research, industry and legislative analysis, due diligence and strategic consulting. The successful candidate will assist in maintaining strong client relationships, coordinating internal project team interactions, conducting research, reviewing documents and producing or contributing to necessary deliverables to meet/exceed client needs. The Senior Associate will be exceedingly well organized, flexible, pronounced verbal and written communications skills, a driven and efficient researcher, should enjoy the challenges of working in a dynamic office, and must demonstrate a high level of professionalism and discretion in handling sensitive business information and client issues. The Senior Associate will build toward subject matter expertise in the domain of security risk management, international security policy and the application of physical and cyber security technologies.

Position: Office Administrator

Summary: TCG is seeking an Office Administrator to support the staff and operations of our growing firm. The successful candidate will have administrative experience and strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills. This person must be exceedingly well organized, flexible and enjoy the administrative challenges of supporting a dynamic office. This person must demonstrate a high level of professionalism and confidentiality and be comfortable interacting with individuals at all levels in a fast paced, high pressure environment while remaining positive, proactive, resourceful and efficient.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Office Management and Operational Support
  • Oversee reception desk to include ensuring answering of phone calls, greeting of guests by name and guiding them through the check in process
  • Support facilities management, coordinating preventive maintenance and repairs of office furniture and appliances
  • Manage office-wide technology in conference rooms, serving as point person for internal and external meeting setup and training new staff
  • Ensure office supplies are organized and replenished as necessary
  • Oversee internal meetings setup and clean up to include, ordering and arranging refreshments
  • Manage mail, FedEx account and parking vouchers according to policy
